Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you of your right to withdraw from the purchase contract under the conditions set out below.
Withdrawal period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The start date of this period shall be the date shown on the delivery note or carrier receipt.
How to exercise withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may send us your decision via the form on this page, by email to info@artcreatiu.com or by post to the address we will provide when confirming your request. You may use the model form below, although it is not mandatory.
Return of products
You must return the products without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in the same condition as received. Unless the product is defective, direct return costs shall be borne by the customer.
Refund
Once the return is received and the condition of the products verified, Artcreatiu will refund the amount of the returned products and the standard shipping costs paid on the original purchase, within 14 days of your notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Withdrawal shall not apply in cases provided by law, including: goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery; digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your express consent; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
