Purchase conditions
These general conditions govern the purchase of products through the Artcreatiu online store, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and e-commerce and consumer protection regulations.

Products and availability
Products offered include craft supplies, scrapbooking, decoration and digital products (stamps, downloads, etc.). Images and descriptions are indicative. Availability is shown on each product page. Artcreatiu reserves the right to limit units per order or cancel orders in case of manifest price or stock error.
Prices and taxes
Published prices include applicable VAT in Spain unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout according to destination and weight. The total amount payable is shown before order confirmation.
Purchase process
To place an order, the customer must add products to the cart, complete shipping and billing details, select a payment method and confirm the order. Order confirmation will be sent by email. The sales contract is formed upon confirmation of payment by Artcreatiu or the payment gateway.

Right of withdrawal

Warranty and defective products
New products benefit from the legal conformity guarantee of 3 years for consumers under current regulations. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact info@artcreatiu.com within a reasonable time to arrange return, replacement or refund.
